Why my text message is not sending messages?
I receive the messages that others send to me but my text message app fail to send

Check that the message centre setting has the correct phone number inserted.
Note: The number shown in the link may not be the number that you need, as every phone service provider has a different number. The link is only to show how to find the setting. You will find the correct message centre number on your mobile phone service provider's website.
If you can send sms messages i.e. text messages but not mms messages i.e. text messages with pictures or videos, check that the phone's data connection has been enabled. Open the Settings app, then tap Connections → Data usage → Data Saver
