A common issue is a faulty ram. If you could open your laptop and locate your ram, take them off, blow their connector and clean gently the ram contacts. If you have two rams place the back one by one and try to power on your laptop again. If you have only one and that didn't solve the problem, you should try a new one. If you have two, you will find the faulty one after placing them one by one.
