when my pc starts every time the interface comes press F2 for start or F1 to boot

What is the make and model number of the motherboard if it is a custom build or make and model number of the computer?
Does the computer continue to load the OS (WIndows) once you press F1 or F2
If not, usually this means that it can't find the HDD or SSD to boot into Windows.
Does the BIOS indicate that a HDD/SSD is detected?
If it does then it could be a corrupt MBR or GPT boot partition in the drive
If it doesn't it could be a loose HDD/SSD cable connection or a failed drive.
