If the dents are evenly spaced, measure the distance between them and check the Brother site for "printed pages have repeating dots, spots or smudges". That may lead you to the component causing the dents.

Hi @robertmgariano,

I've experienced a similar issue with the brother L8900CDW. I found the issue to be the orange fusion roller becoming damaged due to overheating. An easy way to tell is by opening the back panel, pulling down the 2 green clips, and checking the orange roller for any visible damage. I hope this helps!
