How to connect detached capacitor on floor fan

I have an XtremePowerUS 24" floor fan. As a result of some sort of accident with the fan, the capacitor (2 wires, CBB61 12uF, 250V) became detached. One wire remains attached to the capacitor. The other wire is attached to the fan in a wire connector (closed-end crimp cap). There are 3 wire connectors in the fan control housing. I can clearly see where one capacitor wire goes because it's still in the wire connector. I am unsure in which of the 2 remaining wire connectors I should attach the wire that remains connected to the capacitor. Any guidance is greatly appreciated.
