All of my mice have stopped turning on

I have like 3 of these because they're so cheap, but no matter what battery I put in they never connect to my computer and their light never comes on, like they're dead. I took one apart and don't know what I can do from here

Make sure they have a good battery and are swithced on. You will see the little slider switch on the underside marked On and Off.

Is the little receiver dongle plugged into a USB port on the computer?
