I am gonna need a lot more information than that.

1) What happened at the time Cruise control failed

2) What does it do when you try and engage cruise control?

3) Have you done anything to try and fix it

4) How old is this car? As you may be able to get it in under warranty if it still has it

5) Check with the manufacturer and see what they have to say on the matter
