Won’t turn on

Hi, I have a CitiZ and it’s not turning on. Which internal component is likely to be causing the problem? I have an old Magimix I could use some of those parts. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. Hi, I have a CitiZ and it’s not turning on. Which internal component is likely to be causing the problem? I have an old Magimix I could use some of those parts. Do you have a model with a dedicated on/off switch on the right side base?

If it's not the power supply/ cable, then it could be the electronics.
In that case, you'd have to check and compare if the PCB of your Magimix (it is a Cititz, too, isn't it?) is identical to your Citiz. As I have seen the order of the connecting cables on the PCB change from model to model.
