What is the status of the Bluetooth adapter as shown in Device Manager e.g. no red cross or yellow exclamation mark next to the entry?

To get to Device Manager in Win10/11 press the Win key and the x key (both keys together) and click on the Device Manager link in the menu options box that opens

Is the WiFi working OK?

What is the Bluetooth status?

Go to Device Manager > Bluetooth and right click on the adapter entry > Properties > General tab > Device status box - does it say "this device is working correctly"?
