My aerator Ryan v is pulling hard left it appears left tine should be

Aerator Ryan. V is pulling hard left I think wheel tine on the sprocket side is free wheeling both directions not driving I am I correct to replace the wheel tine or is there a key way or shearing pin that needs replacement
