The line through the package obscures some of the part number, but it looks like a Winbond W25Q16DW-series 16 megabit flash chip. The datasheet says that the "25Q16DWIG" top marking corresponds to part # W25Q16DWZPIG.

It's important to consider that this flash chip probably has data on it that your device needs to operate. Replacing it with a fresh chip without transferring the contents may leave your device inoperable.
