I got water in my screen and it’s broken now

it starts tiny then just keeps getting bigger until I can’t even see my Lock Screen I dropped it in the shower and it was good but I couple hours later water was stuck in the charging port. Then 24 hours later I left it out screen face down in the rain for about 30 mins and it was fine for the next hour it I was on tiktok and it randomly happened I tried restarting my phone but it didn’t work please help
