My wifi and Bluetooth are not working properly.

Hi @harshanand,
Try using the laptop as close as possible to your network router e.g. <10cm and check if the WiFI connection is stable.
If it is there may be an antenna problem.
The same with BT as it uses the same antenna.
Please confirm the full model number of the laptop?

@harshanand Try reinstalling drivers in Device Manager. Search Device Manager in Windows, look for Network Adapters and find your WiFi card.
If it has a yellow exclamation mark next to it, there is a driver problem. You can right click on it and select reinstall drivers. Do not check the box that says delete driver software for this device.
Then restart the PC. The drivers will reinstall.
