no face fingerprint works, after new screen and battery

I changed the new screen and battery replacement on the Microsoft surface pro 4 and after installation laptop carried on the software update process for 1-2 days. It is not letting to go into the laptop to use it unless my face or fingerprints are not identifying. now we are not able to use Windows. any suggestions or advice to fix it, please? see the attached screenshots.

Is the display replacement a high quality OEM? You can swap again with the broken original screen to see if everything is again normal if not you can try to factory/hard reset it.
