@kibromtsegay All phones will reach a point where the manufacturer will no longer provide new updates. Typically, this is anywhere between 3-5 years from launch. Because they keep producing new models and most phones are typically replaced after a few years, there is a point where it no longer makes sense for them to spend time and money on updating the software on older models.
