Hi @koomsonyeboah,
Have you tried running the Windows Defender anti virus program or your 3rd party anti virus program if there is one installed in the laptop?
If Windows Defender, go to Settings > Update and Security > Windows Security > Virus and threat protection > scan options > full scan or Microsoft Defender offline scan.
