@samadco you can get commercially available battery extenders to increase the range. Something like this. An example only and not to endorse the vendor.
.If you have a weak main battery then it does not matter if you get a battery extender, your range will still be bad. You have to make sure that you have a good battery, or it may just be time to replace it,
