Recently I kind of broke my airpods i fell asleep with them both in. And since then they have been low on sound it started with just the one but then it became both. There is coming more sound out of then than in my ears its like a mini speaker. I hope someone can help.

Your airpods may have a very low battery capacity, the speakers may be broken, or ear wax and dirt has built up, making it harder to hear sound through the speaker. It is easy to clean out the speaker, but it is hard to repair any electrical component damage inside the airpods.
