@loukman if you do not get the 5V on L7022 you know that it is your charging board.

The charger should be outputting 5V. If it is only 2.4V, it is not charging the battery and the battery is dead, which is why the phone does not turn on.

@loukman I do not have a board laying around to get the pictures for you. Best I have are the schematics and component layouts. With that you can most certainly test your board.

If you only get 2.4V on your battery port and you are using a working charger, the issue is most likely on your charging board. Use the Flowchart to measure it out.

My experience with Samsung's would be to replace the charging board. You can use these guides Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge to work on your phone. or you could use something like this video for the specific board. Or use this guide in iFixit fashion :-)

The board is readily available at many places. Just do an online search and choose a vendor that appeals to you.
