Balloon whisk hub assembly service

The balloon whisk in my a701a KENWOOD seemed to be misaligned.

I noticed a small flathead screw in the middle of the hub assembly naturally I figured I’d undo this and see what was inside. Turns out it’s quite hard to realign the wires and reinstall the hub. anyone have any tips? Should I be regressing the hub? Is there an order to the wires?

Hi @sarahillarietti

Here are some images of the whisk that may help.

It shows what arrangement is used for the wires.

I’ve updated the post with some pictures, I’m not sure if they are all supposed to be the same shape but one seems to have a point, although this may have been misshapen when it was poorly aligned. There was grease inside the hub, should I be cleaning this and replacing?

The issue I’m having is getting all the wires in, avoiding them springing out whilst also aligning the grooves in the hub top then being able to tighten the flat head in the middle without undoing all the prior.
