1 How to reassemble the power button/fingerprint reader?
After attempting to replace the phone's screen assembly, I cannot reassemble the power button/fingerprint reader and power switch assembly. The button does not appear to make contact with the switch and does not make any clicking motion when pressed. I have been able to fill the void between the button and the switch wth small paper cutting to restore the clicking motion, but when the metal housing is installed over the button and the switch, the button is held rigidly in place. The button remains rigid with or without the paper cutting.

@beal7018 so you replaced just the digitiser, or the whole display assembly? Where did you need to add "paper cutting" spacers? Post some good pictures of what this all looks like, with your Question. That way we can see what you see. Adding images to an existing question
