Does the device have unuused PCIe ports?
Im thinking of adding thunderbolt 4 but i want to know wheather laptop has extra PCIe ports

It does not appear to have any extra open PCIe ports inside that would allow connecting additional ports or accessories. Your only option would be to use some type of external adapter connected over USB or HDMI to add ports. But there is no internal PCIe upgrade path for extra ports on this particular Aspire 5 model.
