I would like to upgrade this computer. Is there a newer replacement MB that would fit this Acer Aspire 7741Z-4815?

Not that I know of. You may be able to upgrade the CPU. Which CPU do you currently have?

Your best bet would be to upgrade the RAM to 2 (i.e. identical pair) x 4GB 204p PC3-10600 DDR3-1333 SODIMM for a total of 8GB.

The hard drive can be upgraded to an SSD drive.

You could also upgrade to Windows 10 which will provide most of the drivers needed.

Thank you for your help. I like this laptop and it would be fun to upgrade it as much as I can. $ is not a real issue.
