Monitor image started scrambling randomly for a few minutes, over time image remains scrambled (multi color lines in random horizontal directions) even with no input. It's as if the display ribbon cable is misaligned or walked it's way off the connector.

@mikahl post some pictures showing us what your monitor displays. Horizontal lines are commonly caused by LCD panel issues. If you already have disassembled it, post some pictures of all of your boards as well. Try to connect a different input source to the monitor, see if that changes anything. The concern I have is a bad main board or bad LCD drivers.

I was able to use plastic spludge to slide off panels and found root cause appears to ve the ribbon cable from main pcb to lcd/ips display. Reseating it made the issue better/worse but couldn't get all artificat to go away will just hold onto whenever have time to replace the ribbon cable.
