Why my display laptop flicker when it use 144HZ

this laptop support up to 144Hz but now it can only reach up 120 Hz,

if i use more than that it gone flickering.

i use CRU to custom the Hertz

Could be you need to completely uninstall the GPU driver with something like this app. Sometimes the drivers can get subtly corrupted.
