It started to do it today and I dont know what to do as I can not buy a new one because it is expensive because I live in KSA and this charger was bought last year as the original one and the first replacement broke.Laptop is Asus Vivobook Flip 14 tp412fa.
Edit:After looking at the charger wire it is not fixable so I have to buy a new one.

@roofy96701 "Edit:After looking at the charger wire it is not fixable so I have to buy a new one" not really. You could get a replacement barrel connector and solder that on the cable, after you remove the old one. It'll be a lot cheaper than a new charger and keeps you from throwing a charger out.

To add, you need a DC barrel plug with the following specs so it fits properly into the laptop as they are not all the same size
4.00mm outer diameter
1.35mm inner diameter
alternatively you can buy the complete cable open up the charger case and connect the new cable to the same connections in the charger as the old cable was.
Just remember to get the polarity correct.
The inner plug conductor is +ve and the outer is -ve (usually red wire for +ve and black wire for -ve, but it may not be these colours, so use an Ohmmeter to verify if they're not).
DO NOT REVERSE THEM as you could damage the motherboard in the laptop.
