What is the full model number of the laptop, as shown on the product info label on the bottom of the laptop?

Have you tried connecting a different, known working, compatible charger to the laptop and check if the laptop showed it was charging?

Use a strong light and a magnifying glass to visually inspect the USB-C charge port to ensure that all the pins are there and that they're not bent, broken or missing.
