Why is my Echo Show 5 (1st Gen) stuck at amazon logo?

Mine was running fine but suddenly it's not working properly. It's just stuck at the Amazon logo. I have tried (multiple) hard-reset, clean-cache, etc. but it's not getting past the Amazon logo. Any idea what I can do at this point?
