First time trying motherboard repair.

I picked up an xbox 1 to try repair first time. I have read as many posts as I can. I have tested with a meter the chips on the power board and 1 maxes out at 100.00 when the other 3 are 4.9. I am assuming this needs to be replaced. Where can I get parts and how do I know what chip I need.

This isn’t nearly specific enough. What chips did you measure and what properties?

The red arrow point at the tiny I think its called a mofset that is 100 and the blue arrows are 4.9. The meter was set to 200 ohms. Not sure if I am giving you anything clear.
