The network is very slow, a times in some places I don't have network to browse the internet

Can you be a little more specific? there are two ways you phone may be slow depending on how you access the internet - by WiFi or by cell data.
It seems you are experiencing slow cell data internet. That is determined by your cell provider and traffic from others at the cell tower servicing your phone at the time.
