Why does my battery discharge at night

I have a current leak on fuse #16 (backup),Use a multimeter to detect the leak. but I don't know what controls that fuse. can you help me?

Here's an image from the 2014-2016 Odyssey service manual, showing all the components that are fed by fuse #16 and also a composite of two images that shows a block representation of all the circuits supplied by the fuse (Sorry I couldn't line them up better as they were spread over a two pages)

You may have to isolate each module or component fed by the fuse, one at a time, to find out which one is causing the problem.
