Remove the power adapter. Disconnect the battery from the logic board. Press and hold the power on button for 15 seconds. Reconnect the battery and then the power adapter. This should give you a spontaneous reboot.

@gabrielewing there are also power-on pads but for the location of those, we need to know exactly what board you have.
