Sorvall ST 16 Centrifuge - Temperature sensor mechanism?

We have a centrifuge set at room temperature but after a 5 minute spin, samples are cold and frost can be seen within the chamber. Does anyone know how to diagnose and fix this situation?

This problem was solved by emailing technical support at ThermoFisher. Here was the fix:
"First check that your temperature sensor hasn't fallen in to the motor chamber.  To do this remove you rotor and examine the rubber motor boot.  The sensor should be sticking out of that rubber seal.  If not it has fallen in the motor chamber.  You can remove the rubber motor boot and fish it back up and put it back in the seal."
