What is the soft gel inside a vehicles ECU?

Inside a Vehicles ECU or TCU there is a soft Gel material for vibration dampening I am assuming. Does anyone know what material this is and where I can get some?

@dompit that is a liquid silicone gel. Many places online sell it as "ECU Gel" check places like this
