What size thickness should the thermal pads be?
I'm replacing the thermal paste and thermal pad so I would be thankful if somebody would help me.🙏

@nytryder26 those should be 1.5mm thick pads. Something like these. You get pads that are more squeezable than others so you may find that some people are using 2mm pads of a more squeezable material. I do suggest the 1.5mm

What about if it squeezes over the ram chips?
