Can you swap logic board from WiFi + Cellular to WiFi?

My iPad screen got broken and as the screen replacement costs a lot I am looking for other ways to replace it. Found an used, brand new looking but locked iPad on eBay from reputable seller, wondering whether it's possible to swap the logic board and face ID from my WiFi + Cellular model (A2232) to WiFi only model (A2229) to get it working.

From the financial standpoint, buying the locked WiFi model iPad from eBay, replacing the logic board and Face ID from my cellular model and selling the rest for parts seems better than doing screen replacement or buying a brand new iPad.

The only issue is if it's technically possible.

Why not just move the screen over?

Sorry my bad, forgot to include that the housing is a bit damaged too. At first I thought I wouldn't mind the housing being damaged and just fix the screen as priority but after I found that locked iPad I thought it would be better to move logic board which would get me both the screen and housing
