Restart Loop and 100% cpu usage idle

For about a week the phone has been randomly restarting, and then staying on a restart loop. Sometimes it starts and 5 seconds later restarts again or stays some hours. Noticed that if it is working fine for hours it restarts if I try to play a video using any app, or even if I take a photo. CPU is 100% on start, with no open apps
