It’s stuck at booting logo

There are multiple reasons why this could happen, the most common one I see is a bad ear speaker or proximity sensor flex cable or other components.

If you've got the tools, you could open up the device, and disconnect everything except the display, battery, and charge port to see if the device turns on. Just use a charger to prompt it to boot up. If it does power on, you can start re-connecting components one by one until it gets stuck on the apple logo again. That should tell you what component is causing the problem.
