Where can I get parts

my roboraptor 32" has broken parts in the left leg and the neck will not hold the head straight. i would like to either buy the parts or buy a not working model and take the parts that way. does anyone know where i can either order the parts or get a broken one. i have tried eBay and amazon no joy, also i live in Australia and don't want to pay huge postage for a broken robot.
