Here's the service manual that may help.
It has the schematics for the receiver, so start at the power input and follow it through to see if the voltage supplies are OK.
If there's a faulty part it has a parts list as well.

@ramymikhail what have you checked on it? Speakers checked? Connections? Settings? Has it ever worked for you? Did this just start all of a sudden?

Mine suddenly stopped. I checked both fuses on the mainboard but I'm not sure what to probe next.
