My mobile issues is suddenly shutdown.and after 1 day on ...then off ....
I am in Saudi there many repair shop say no part available in Saudi...how can buy mobile part..give sulution... now my mobile Dead..no response .

@ipkhekqmzz38f8z the first thing you want to make sure of is that your phone is actually charged. Check your charger, your charging cable and your charging port. Make sure that those have proper output. Even in Saudi do the repairers use USB ammeters. Have them check the amps your phone is trying to pull, if any. Clean the charging port with a few puffs of compressed air.
If that does not yield the desired results you may need to consider a factory reset. The problem with that is, that you are going to lose all your pictures/files/etc. For the How-To on that check sites like this. It is for the 2021 but is identical to your factory reset.

Charger is good...ànd factory rest àll try..now mobile is totally off
@ipkhekqmzz38f8z sounds like a power problem. You can start with a new battery but you still need to get it check to see if it tries to charge. You do need a usb ammeter to figure that out.
