I would like to help but I need some information first. Do you have a model number for the mouse? What's a Microsoft receiver? What kind of computer are you trying to access? Just what broke off?

Many Logitech wireless products use encrypted data transfer. However have you tried to see if Logitech sells a spare receiver? If not ask their tech-support. The receiver on my Logitech laptop mouse broke, it was 2-years old. I e-mailed their tech support and they shipped me a new one.

Or you could learn to solder and try to fix the USB connector that broke on your existing receiver, all it should involve is cutting a USB cable in two, and soldering four wires.

You can get a pinout of the USB cable and connector here:

just buy a logitech unifying reciever for 9 bucks. then use the logitech unifying app to configure keyboards, mouse, etc.

Too many variables involved here to answer you - what form wireless mice are they? are they bluetooth? IR? Odds are really good that no, you won't be able to make one work with the other.
