Replaced battery now iPad turns on but won’t charge

Hi,

I have changed the battery on my iPad 9th gen. The iPad powers on fine , but it will not take a charge at all, dosnt even recognise the cable. It was working fine before but battery needed to be changed.

Help please

You’ll have to open it up and completely remove the motherboard. Depending how you disconnected the battery you may have damaged the battery connectors on the underside of the motherboard.
