Is Battery part of Memory? Or is my memory serving as a battery?

When my device is at 100%, it says my storage is close to full, But when my battery is at 95%, the message suddenly goes away. I've tried reboot, hard reboot, and factory reset. Can't lose this phone, I do some of my work on it, also used for 2FA.
