Hello,
This sounds like a mass storage device issue. Is it running on a hard drive? If so, try upgrading to an SSD. SSDs are much faster, and should fix your issue. If it doesn't, you might need to reinstall Windows. I hope this helps!

Hey I noticed we had this issue on some of our computers also, loading and getting through the bios seems incredibly slow while booting into windows is fine. 500gb sata SSD
Please clarify what you mean by"....loading and getting through the bios seems incredibly slow while booting into windows is fine."
Nothing is loaded when going through BIOS.
In BIOS the PC hardware is checked to make sure that everything is working well enough to start the boot process i.e. loading the OS (operating system). If there's a hardware problem e.g. faulty ram, faulty video controller, problem on the motherboard etc the process should stop and an error beep code should be heard (if there's an internal system speaker connected in the PC) letting the user know what the problem is.
Usually BIOS is relatively quick i.e. the manufacturer's logo should appear within a few seconds of starting the PC and then the display should change to show that the OS is loading.
The time it takes from showing the OS loading to getting the Windows desktop being displayed can vary a lot due to any number of factors e.f. is fast startup enabled?, faulty drivers, faulty startup software etc.
@jayeff Hi Jeff, When the OS is loading its relatively quick 15 seconds or so maybe?
But for the parts before that (when its a black screen with white text), this part takes like 5 minutes on some computers. I can verify that there isn't a issue when using the computer.
Now that I think about it, it's acting almost as if I've changed the RAM configuration and its memory training each time... Any idea what might cause that or how I can test if this is actually what's happening?
You say "...on some computers". Are these "network computers" or standalone PCs i.e. PCs need to connect to a server to load the OS and do not have the OS loaded on a HDD in the PC?
What "white text" is shown on the screen - the manufacturer's logo or something else?
Download this free memory test program to a flashdrive and the plug it in to the PC and when turning on the PC select USB as the 1st boot option.
The PC should load the test program to test the memory.
It is a standalone program so Windows isn't needed.
Does the problem only occur when starting the PCs first thing and not if they've been turned on and working OK and then powered off completely and then restarted again a little while later?
If the memory all tests OK what are the make and model numbers of the PC?
The white text I'm referring to is the miscellaneous text you see when you boot the computer, one of them is something along the lines of "Intel Rapid Storage Technology" and the version number, there aren't any errors present or anything.
The PC's are connected to a server but only load the roaming windows user profile from it, they boot from windows that's on a local SSD in the machine. The issue also happens when network is disconnected.
The problem occurs every reboot regardless of how long the computer has been on/off for.
I'll run the memory test when the user isn't on their pc, how long do you reckon it will take to test 192gb ?
They are Dell T7910 model desktops.

Unfortunately the issue on our computers aren't the easy resolve ones, hence why I am searching online.
