Where can I see how to fix it

there’s a lot of information about this toaster but not one word about common problems and how to fix it. mine, this morning, doesn’t stay down anymore. the little electric magnet doesn’t get power anymore and also not the entire rest of the “electronics”.

@u5gpq8rtpuanmem you are not telling us if it gets any power at all. I would start off by using this guide How to Reattach the Support Bracket in a Hamilton Beach 2-Slice Toaster to at least get into the toaster. The bread lifter and dial button should just pull off. After that post some good pictures of your circuit boards etc. with your question. that way we can see what you see. Let's see if any of the components on this have failed.
