after about 20 t0 40 mins after turning on TV and going to Netflix the TV shuts down and restarts continuously on random TV ot Netflix or even music. when this happens the TV cannot be turned off by remote. this model does not have buttons on the back Even if i just try to run as a tv this problem still occurs, tried resetting to factory settings but no go

@alangrayson if this happens nobody what you are watching and after 20 to 40 mins than the issue could be an overheating component on any of the boards but most likely subjects are the main board and the power board. You will need to remove the back cover and check for any obviously damaged components. Post some good pictures of your boards with your QUESTION so that we can see what you see. If there is nothing obvious then the best way of diagnosing this would be with a can of freeze spray. With the back cover off and the TV trying its restarting error, spray some freeze spray on the IC's of the main board and the power board. See if freezing those will change or eradicate this behaviour. If som, you know which IC or at least which board has failed.
