is there anyway to bypass the bitlocker key on my laptop in order to factory reset

i tried the Shift & Enter buttons at the same time and took me to where it asks to provide the bitlocker key

Unfortunately, there has been no ways that I have found to bypass the bitlocker key. In instances like this I would recommend replacing the harddrive. Since bitlocker is protecting the data that I on the drive. Side note: I would also recommend checking for the bitlocker key which would be in the Microsoft account associated with the laptop. The one you use to log in with.

Take the drive out, connect it to a working PC using a USB adapter, use diskpart clean function to totally clean the drive.

You will lose all data, if you don't care about it it's fine.
