Looking at the service sheet for the model series, an E C0 error (if this is what you meant) is a communications problem between the main board and the display board, - see #18.
Maybe check the harness plugs on the cable that connects between both boards (both ends) to see if there is any corrosion on the contacts or if they're loose etc.
Here's the start of the LED lamps troubleshooting flowcharts but if none of the lamps work it may be more of a main board problem as there is also a communications problem associated with the main board as well i.e. error code, rather than a LED wiring cable, door switch or LED lamp module problem, but I suppose you may have to eliminate the possibility that it may be individual faults for each lamp first.
