airpods testing need some advice

i'm trying to diagnose some issues with some air pods (gen 2).

there's the obvious - connect, play music, use voice recorder

but i'm looking for something a little more thorough. are there any apps that can exercise the speakers and microphones? either specific diags or programs that could be use as such?

Why do you need to "excercize" the speakers and microphones?

i'm not sure if they're operating at 100% capacity/efficiency

make sure that they charge, sound is right, they are clean, charges with lightning (magsafe if supported too), siri, music control, battery life, the instant device switching feature, spatial audio (if supported), noise cancelling (airpod pros), etc.

also test to see how long it takes for the taps to work. when you tap on it for the controlling features like pause music and answer calls, make sure that it doesn't take a while.
